Job Summary
This job partners with Comcast Business Ops organizations and HR teams to drive strategic HR initiatives, coordinating recruitment, compliance, benefits, and compensation. The role involves team management, providing subject matter expertise, developing efficient processes, and participating in budget formulation.Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Counseling managers and supervisors on HR policy interpretation and administration to ensure consistent application
- Administering HR policies and procedures across the organization to support all employee levels
- Overseeing employee relations, managing issues, and maintaining a positive organizational climate
- Assisting with employee counseling, disciplinary actions, and grievance resolution to uphold fair practices
- Recommending innovative HR approaches, policies, and procedures to enhance service efficiency
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant state, local, and federal employment laws and guidelines
- Partnering with business leaders to align HR strategies with overarching business initiatives
- Administering compensation programs, conducting job analysis and evaluations, and supporting performance management processes.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
