Who You Are: (Job Summary)
The Enterprise Enablement (EE) team is a new, business-aligned group, leading and executing large-scale organizational transformations programs. This team translates the company's strategic agenda into actionable programs designed to reshape our operating model, organizational structure, and capabilities for the future. As the EE Program Director, you will own the end-to-end delivery of multiple, concurrent transformation programs within this portfolio. You will be a key leader in driving significant organizational change and adoption.
What You Will Do: (Job Responsibilities)
Strategy & Portfolio Management
- Partner with senior leadership to translate the company's strategic vision into a cohesive, actionable portfolio of transformation initiatives organized in an integrated program roadmap designed to optimize value.
- Proactively communicate a holistic view of all active work in motion to identify gaps, manage capacity constraints and program resourcing needs.
Program Execution & Delivery
- Provide oversight across multiple concurrent transformation initiatives, ensuring projects stay aligned to scope, timelines, and outcomes by flagging risks, resolving cross‑functional issues, and escalating when needed.
- Drive cross-functional teams to meet key milestones, holding them accountable for the quality and timeliness of their delivery.
- Facilitate a robust governance structure by ensuring the right stakeholders are engaged early for complete scoping.
- Champion change management practices to ensure the successful adoption of new initiatives and ways of working.
Measurement & Reporting
- Define, track, and communicate program KPIs, OKRs, and risks.
- Manage the portfolio-level budget and financial forecasts, providing updates to senior leadership on program financial metrics and resource planning.
- Lead both operational and executive reviews to drive clear communication, rapid decisions, and accountability.

What You Will Need to Be Successful: (Required Qualifications, Education, Experience, Certifications)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of enterprise program management experience in a large corporate environment
- Experience in a people leader in a direct supervisory capacity
- Demonstrated proficiency in various project and program management methodologies
- Demonstrated success establishing governance, standards, controls, and KPIs in complex environments.
- Strong influence skills in matrixed organizations without direct authority.
- Demonstratable verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
Nice to Have: (Preferred Qualifications, Education, Experience, Certifications)
- Experience in complex, capital intensive, multi-site environments, for example data centers, real estate development, construction, and industrial.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and building structure from scratch in a scaling environment.
- Proven partnership with program managers, change management partners, global process owners, and data owners to deliver sustainable change outcomes.
- Portfolio analytics and reporting expertise, KPIs and OKRs, dashboards, value realization.
- Proficiency with project management, data visualization, and strategic portfolio management (SPM) tools.

The estimated pay range for this role, if based in Virginia, is:
$153,075.00 - 234,092.50Please note that this information is provided for those hired in Virginia only, and this role is open to candidates outside of Virginia with compensation that aligns with your location. The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
