To assist us on our growth and transformation journey we are seeking a Continuous Improvement (CI) Business Partner to lead a newly created role responsible for defining and driving our Continuous Improvement strategy across Australia and New Zealand (ANZ). This is a unique opportunity to build the roadmap, establish the framework, and embed a culture of continuous improvement that supports sustainable growth.
## Key Duties:
- Develop and execute the ANZ Continuous Improvement strategy and multi-year roadmap.
- Establish and manage an enterprise-wide improvement pipeline.
- Identify and deliver high-impact initiatives that improve efficiency, productivity, quality, and customer outcomes.
- Drive process simplification, standardisation, and operating model improvements across the business.
- Coach and develop leaders and teams in Lean and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to support transformation and organisational design initiatives.
- Track, measure, and communicate the value and impact of improvement programs.
- Identify opportunities to leverage automation, digital technologies, and AI to enhance business performance.
## Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Process Improvement, or Transformation roles.
- Proven experience developing and implementing Continuous Improvement strategies, frameworks, or roadmaps.
- Track record delivering measurable business improvements in efficiency, quality, cost, or productivity.
- Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and process optimisation methodologies.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical, facilitation, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
- Lean or Six Sigma certification highly regarded.
