Job Summary
• This role is responsible for providing engineering leadership to a team of sub-ordinate managers and individual contributors, while applying expert subject matter knowledge. The role acts as a key advisor to senior management on the development of overall policies and long-term goals of the organization. The role plans, manages and monitors high-end operational/tactical activities of the employees, and engages with a range of stakeholders to provide program updates and contributes to strategic decision-making. The role identifies opportunities to optimize processes and reduce costs, aligning changes with business goals.

Responsibilities
As the Senior Manager of Home Office Supplies Extension & Integration (HOSEI), you will lead a talented organization at the intersection of innovation, engineering excellence, and business transformation. You will enable future Print Home/Office supplies portfolio, deliver products that meet cost, quality and customer experience, and develop the next generation of leaders and technical experts

Education & Experience Recommended

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Technology, or related field.
  • Typically 10+ years of experience in product development, engineering, systems integration, manufacturing, or program management.
  • 5+ years preferred of people leadership experience managing managers and/or technical teams.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale cross-functional development programs.
  • Experience in print technologies, supplies development preferred
