Description
Role Purpose:
HSI/MDSA Sr. Production Data Input Associate will be responsible for bridging, processing, and analyzing data particularly medical-surgical products from hospitals into the system.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Bridge data, comparing incoming transaction data with IQVIA’s reference data files to make a match or bridge between the two
- Verify product information through research
- Develop an understanding of the knowledge needed to maintain reference files
- Research product reference information in agreed sources (e.g making phone calls, research, etc.)
- Update and check product reference information
- Schedule and check product reference extracts
- Review and analyze sales trends data in dollars and units by outlet, projection class, product pack
- Ensure high quality data prior to projections being applied
- Participate in projects and process improvements
- Teamwork and communications with other departments
- Liaise with Support teams to perform data fixes
- Follow quality processes thoroughly – checklists, standards, etc.
- Escalate issues
- Perform functions as directed by the supervisor
Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required:
Proficiency in Windows applications (Excel, Word, Access). Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably allied medical health professionals, excellent research, and analytical skills.
Organization Reporting and Scope:
Typically reports to: Team Lead and Manager
Additional Requirements:
Proficient in written/oral communication skills. Possession of strong analytical and problem- solving skills. Experience in sales trend analysis. Ability to work independently.
