Entry-Level HVAC Installation Technician
REIC Rentals
REIC Rentals is hiring an Entry-Level HVAC Installation Technician to support our growing team. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to start a career in HVAC. You'll gain hands-on experience working alongside experienced HVAC Service and Commercial Technicians.
Responsibilities
- Load, transport, and unload HVAC equipment
- Drive company vehicles to job sites (acceptable driving record required)
- Assist with installation of HVAC systems, including:
- Running gas hoses
- Installing ducting and ventilation
- Setting up equipment for operation
- Work closely with service and commercial HVAC technicians
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Acceptable driving record (required)
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a team environment

Comfortable working in indoor and outdoor conditions
Preferred Qualifications
- EPA Certification (preferred, not required)
- Experience in HVAC, construction, or mechanical work
- Rental equipment industry experience (a plus)
- Recent trade school graduates encouraged to apply
Schedule

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (with on-call rotations and overtime opportunities; weekends as needed)

Occasional overnight travel; regional travel to WA, OR, and ID.
