What you’ll do:
Lead and drive product development projects from concept through production launch, ensuring the successful execution of project objectives related to scope, quality, cost, timing, and customer satisfaction. Act as the project leader within a cross-functional environment, coordinating resources, managing risks, and facilitating effective decision-making throughout the product development lifecycle.
In detail, you will:
- Coordinate product development projects and activities in alignment with the Sector Generation Plan, business objectives, and customer needs.
- Support the development of products from concept through production launch, ensuring project
deliverables are achieved according to quality, cost, and timing targets.
- Contribute to the research and development of solutions, supporting innovation and continuous product improvement.
- Apply EPM guidelines and other company tools to plan, monitor, and track project activities, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
- Coordinate activities across cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and alignment among Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, Marketing, and suppliers.
- Support technical evaluations, design reviews, validation activities, and problem-solving efforts throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Perform cost analysis and cost modeling assessments to support product competitiveness and project objectives.
As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS/EAI).
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree on mechanical, mechatronics, electrical, production or materials Technologies or equivalent education background
- Experience in project management
- Knowledge on the white good appliances, mainly for Wellbeingn category (Floor Care, Air Care and Water Care) is a plus
- Knowledge of product development processes, product lifecycle management, and project management methodologies
- Experience coordinating New Product Development (NPD) and/or product change projects within a cross-functional environment
- Understanding of engineering principles, product validation processes, manufacturing methods, and quality systems
- Advanced English
