What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, guests, and employees at a luxury retail location while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Serve as a professional front desk presence by greeting visitors, verifying access authorization, maintaining visitor records, and directing individuals appropriately.
• Monitor entry points, lobby activity, and available camera systems for unusual activity, and report observations according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders as needed.
• Assist with access control, package and delivery coordination, and other front desk security-related duties that help to deter unauthorized entry.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
