About the role
As Room Service Attendant at Domes Noruz Kassandra, you will bring our dining experience to guests in the comfort of their rooms. You will take room service orders, deliver and serve them with care, and know our menu well, including any dietary requirements our guests may have.
What you will do
Guest service
- Listen to guests' needs and provide the best possible service to ensure their satisfaction.
- Handle guest concerns and resolve them promptly.
Operations
- Take food and beverage orders by phone or from the order cards guests leave on their doors.
- Prepare the service trolley.
- Deliver orders to guest rooms and serve them.
- Check corridors for dishes or trolleys left by guests and clear them.
Teamwork
- Work with all operational departments to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.
