Job Overview

The Sales Executive will promote hospitality technology solutions, develop new business opportunities, build client relationships, and achieve sales targets within the local hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across hotels, resorts, villas, restaurants, and other hospitality establishments.
• Promote hospitality technology solutions, including Property Management Systems (PMS), Point of Sale (POS), Channel Managers, and Internet Booking Engines (IBE).
• Conduct product demonstrations and present suitable solutions based on client requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Generate leads, follow up on prospects, and convert opportunities into sales.
• Develop sales opportunities and drive business growth within the hospitality sector.
• Monitor market trends and identify potential customers and business opportunities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain accurate sales records.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Relevant qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Experience in sales or business development is an advantage.
• Experience selling hospitality technology solutions or software is an added advantage.
• Understanding of hotels, resorts, restaurants, and hospitality operations is beneficial.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to conduct product demonstrations and understand customer requirements.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to develop new business opportunities.
