Your Role and Responsibilities

In this role you will join an agile team dedicated to supporting, modernizing, and automating enterprise IT environments. In this role, you will combine foundational systems knowledge with modern Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools, scripting languages, and cloud-native technologies to optimize operational performance.

In this role, you will:

• Support & Maintain Core Infrastructure: Assist in monitoring, managing, and troubleshooting hybrid enterprise environments spanning Linux and Windows operating systems, networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, connectivity), and client/server architectures.
• Drive Operational Automation: Develop, test, and maintain operational scripts using Python, Bash, or PowerShell to automate repetitive tasks and streamline system administration.
• Integrate AI & Intelligent Operations: Explore and apply Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and AIOps concepts to accelerate log analysis, incident diagnostics, knowledge retrieval, and event correlation.
• Manage Systems & Data: Utilize basic database concepts, SQL queries, and structured data formats (JSON) to inspect operational metrics and analyze system logs.
• Leverage Version Control & IaC: Collaborate with engineering teams using Git repositories for version control and gain practical exposure to Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and configuration management tools (such as Ansible).
• Deliver Service-Oriented Support: Partner with regional and global cross-functional teams, executing established operational procedures while maintaining strong attention to detail, ownership, and clear technical communication.
  
  

Who You Are

Education

• Recent graduate or final-year student in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, Electronics, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical discipline.

• 0–1 year of professional experience.

• Internships, university projects, laboratories, technical certifications and bootcamps are considered relevant experience.

• Previous production experience is not required.

Who You Are

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

• Technical Foundations: Basic academic or practical knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems, computer architecture, networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS), virtualization, cloud concepts, database fundamentals, and SQL.
• Programming & Automation Aptitude: Foundational understanding of core programming logic (variables, functions, loops, data structures, object-oriented concepts), Python fundamentals, basic Bash/PowerShell scripting, REST APIs, JSON, and Git/version control.
• AI & Emerging Tech Awareness: Foundational awareness of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and LLMs, alongside an interest in prompt engineering and utilizing AI tools responsibly as a productivity accelerator.
• Diagnostic & Analytical Thinking: Strong logical reasoning, attention to detail, and a structured problem-solving mindset to assist with log analysis, troubleshooting, and process execution.
• Professional Capabilities & Behaviors: High technical curiosity, learning agility to adapt to new technologies quickly, strong personal accountability, teamwork, and a service-oriented mindset.
• Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills in English suitable for regional and global working environments.

Preferred Technical Skills

• Infrastructure & Cloud: VMware, enterprise cloud platforms, and IT operations monitoring frameworks.
• Cloud Native & Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and CI/CD deployment pipelines.
• Configuration Automation: Ansible and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tooling.
• AI-Assisted Operations: Practical experience using AI for troubleshooting, documentation generation, or intelligent monitoring (AIOps).
