Onit is looking for a hands-on Sales Enablement Manager who is passionate about helping salespeople develop their skills and improve performance.
This role focuses on designing and facilitating engaging sales training, developing practical learning experiences, and supporting seller readiness through onboarding and ongoing development. You'll work closely with sales leaders and subject matter experts to create learning programs that make a difference in the field.
This role is ideal for a candidate who is an engaging facilitator who knows how to make learning interactive and relevant. You enjoy working directly with sales teams and believe the best learning happens through practice, discussion, and feedback. An ideal candidate will be equally comfortable developing training content and delivering it.
