Description
Role Overview
As a Customer Support Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for our players during overnight hours, providing clear, friendly, and professional support across phone, email, and live chat. This is a night-shift role based in our Prague office, working on a 4 days on/4 days off rotation, with shifts running from 19:00–05:00 or 22:00–08:00.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries via email, and live chat
Handle a high volume of customer interactions while maintaining excellent service
Assist players with account and platform-related queries
Troubleshoot issues and guide customers towards appropriate solutions
Escalate complex cases to the relevant teams when required
Maintain clear, professional, and accurate communication throughout the shift
Payment duties: Handle payment-related queries and support the processing of deposits and withdrawals in line with internal procedures
Skills & Experience
High level of spoken and written English is essential
Previous customer support or contact centre experience is preferred
iGaming experience or knowledge of the industry is an advantage
Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills
A positive, customer-focused approach and strong team-player attitude
Comfortable and reliable working regular overnight shifts, including weekends

€24,000 gross annual salary
Monthly performance bonus of up to 10% of gross monthly salary, based on internal KPIs, with eligibility from the second month of employment
