Chef de Partie – Stylish York Hotel & Restaurant

Pay: £13.50 per hour
Hours: 30–45 hours per week, with flexible working hours

Dish Hospitality is recruiting a talented Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at a stylish, high-quality boutique hotel in York.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a premium hospitality setting, with a restaurant focused on quality ingredients, beautifully prepared dishes and a memorable guest experience. You'll be part of a professional kitchen brigade where consistency, attention to detail and a passion for good food are essential.

The Role

• Take ownership of your own section, ensuring food is prepared and presented to a consistently high standard.

• Prepare fresh ingredients and deliver well-executed dishes throughout service.

• Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

• Maintain excellent food hygiene, cleanliness and kitchen organisation.

• Contribute to menu preparation, service standards and the development of junior team members.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, or a strong Demi Chef de Partie ready to step up.

• A genuine passion for cooking and producing quality food.

• Good organisational skills and the ability to work calmly in a busy kitchen.

• A positive attitude, strong work ethic and a team-focused approach.
