  • Think critically about portfolio and business performance, challenge existing approaches, and identify new ways to unlock growth.
  • Develop and execute upstream and downstream marketing strategies that strengthen portfolio positioning and support commercial objectives.
  • Lead Portfolio Lifecycle Management, identifying opportunities to optimize, expand, reposition, or evolve the portfolio based on market and customer needs.
  • Support annual and long-range marketing planning through analysis of market trends, business performance, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
  • Build strong cross-functional partnerships across Sales and other key stakeholders to align priorities and move initiatives forward.
  • Operate with a high degree of independence, proactively identifying opportunities, determining the path forward, and driving work through completion.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, commercial strategy, sales enablement, or a related function preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify growth opportunities and translate market, customer, competitive, and business insights into actionable strategies.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills with the ability to connect insights to business opportunities and recommended actions.
  • Proven ability to partner effectively with Sales, developing strategies, positioning, programs, and tools that enable commercial teams to pursue opportunities.
  • Strong execution skills with demonstrated ability to take ownership of initiatives from strategy through implementation.
  • Highly independent and proactive, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and move work forward with limited direction.
  • Exceptional follow-through, attention to detail, and accountability for delivering against commitments.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to simplify complex information and align cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to challenge existing approaches, solve complex business problems, and bring forward ideas that drive growth.
