Job Summary

What a typical day looks like:

1.        Evaluate fixture requirements and solutions during the New Product Introduction (NPI) phase:

2.        Analyze product design drawings and documentation to assess fixture requirements.

3.        Submit fixture requests and track project progress.

4.        Review and evaluate supplier-proposed fixture solutions.

5.        Conduct fixture acceptance and validation.

6.        Resolve fixture-related issues during prototype builds and trial production.

 

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

1.      Familiar with fixture and tooling design principles and standards.

2.      Familiar with manufacturing processes for electronic products.

3.      Familiar with machining and fabrication processes.

4.      Familiar with NPI (New Product Introduction) processes.

5.      Strong cross-functional communication skills with clear logical thinking.

6.      Preferred Qualifications：Proficient in 3D software such as SolidWorks.Familiar with tolerance analysis.
