Operating as part of the Product team and reporting to the Head of Product, the role owns its initiatives end to end across the full product lifecycle, working hand in hand with a global engineering team and designers across ANZ, the UK and India to build the right things and build them well, iteratively and at global scale.
This position will contribute to ensuring our products meet and exceed the needs of clients and fans, driving adoption and the long-term growth of the platform.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
PRODUCT DISCOVERY & DEFINITION
- Plan and run discovery: client and user interviews, usability testing and other research to validate problems before we build
- Translate research and market insight into clearly defined, prioritised opportunities
- Write clear product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria engineering can act on
- Pressure-test assumptions and scope with engineering and design before committing to build
PRODUCT DELIVERY & EXECUTION
- Lead roadmap initiatives end to end across the full lifecycle, from planning through launch
- Partner closely with a global, distributed engineering team to ship iteratively and at scale, currently weighted to Universe delivery
- Run product ceremonies (kick-offs, check-ins, retros, solution workshops, showcase / UAT)
- Conduct baseline UAT to ensure what ships meets requirements and works across environments
STAKEHOLDER ALIGNMENT & ROADMAP
- Translate client and market needs into structured roadmap inputs
- Keep global stakeholders across product, engineering and design aligned on priorities
- Communicate roadmap direction and trade-offs clearly and proactively
- Loop the right people in at the right time to keep decisions moving
ADOPTION, MEASUREMENT & ITERATION
- Plan and drive rollout and GTM for new products and features, with enablement and documentation
- Support internal teams with product training and resources
- Measure adoption and impact post-launch against defined goals
- Use learnings to inform prioritisation and the next iteration
TEAM & CULTURE
- Contribute to a positive, high-trust culture across a remote, distributed team
- Share knowledge and support others across product, engineering and design
- Participate in team rituals and improvement activities
- Live the Ticketmaster values in how you work
Our job descriptions evolve with our business needs and priorities. In addition to the description above, your role may include additional duties, responsibilities, projects and team support as needed.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)
- 4+ years of product management experience, defining and launching products end to end
- Discovery and user-research capability, from interviews and usability testing to evidence-based problem validation
- Full product-lifecycle proficiency across requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and UAT

- Cross-functional delivery experience with distributed engineering teams across time zones
- Product-ceremony facilitation and clear product documentation and presentation skills
YOU (BEHAVIOURAL SKILLS)
- Genuinely curious and customer-obsessed, digging into the "why" and letting evidence, not assumptions, drive decisions
- Highly autonomous and outcomes-driven, exercising sound judgement with minimal oversight
- Calm and organised under competing priorities and rapid change
- Influential across cross-functional teams without relying on formal authority
- Resilient and adaptable in a fast-moving, multi-platform environment
- Collaborative team player who brings others with them and works effectively across time zones
