Right now, we’re looking for a Product Marketing Lead to join our team in Helsinki. If you want to help small businesses thrive, then read on.

What you’ll do:

We’re looking for a product marketer who knows how small businesses work and bank, and who wants to lead product marketing at Holvi. You’ll set up our product marketing strategy, lead the product marketing team, and put the strategy into practice together with them. It’s a hands-on role, so you’ll still do a good share of the work yourself.

You’ll own product marketing across all our product streams, from cards, payments and FX to invoicing, bookkeeping, credit and our connections to other tools, in Finland, Germany and Austria. You’ll lead a team of product marketers and CRM managers, and work side by side with our product owners.

A typical day could see you:

• Setting up our product marketing strategy and priorities, and turning them into a clear plan the team works from

• Owning positioning and messaging for all our products

• Planning go-to-market for launches (timing, messaging, targeting and channels) and running a launch readiness process, so nothing goes live half ready

• Leading, coaching and growing your team, with clear goals and priorities everyone can work from

• Owning lifecycle marketing together with CRM managers, so launches turn into flows that drive real usage, from onboarding to win-back

• Watching adoption, usage and revenue for every stream, and bringing the team a signal, an insight and an opportunity

• Working closely with our product owners to turn technical specs into compelling value propositions, and bringing the customer view into roadmap, pricing and packaging decisions

• Keeping a close eye on competitors and building a steady voice of customer loop that feeds positioning and product decisions

• Equipping Sales, Account Management, Customer Support and partners with battle cards, one-pagers and clear talking points and other assets

This is for you if you:

• Have 6+ years of experience in product marketing, and at least two of them leading people

• Have set a product marketing strategy and owned go-to-market across several products, and driven it forward without being chased

• Have experience working in a fast paced growth company / startup environment

• Have worked in fintech, banking or financial services – ideally in a B2B context and within the target group of SMEs

• Are a hands-on lead: you set the direction and still enjoy doing the work yourself

• Have run CRM and lifecycle marketing, or worked closely with the people who do

• Are fluent in Finnish and English, both written and spoken

• Are a strong collaborator: you flag workload and trade-offs early, you’re comfortable saying no with a reason, and people find it easy to work with you

• Use AI tools as a normal part of how you work, and help your team do the same

It’s a plus if you:

• Have a track record of launching products in local markets

• Have experience with customer segmentation, ICPs or persona development

• Understand the world of marketing beyond product marketing

• Have previously worked with: Jira, Wordpress, HubSpot, Figma, Transifex, Looker or Redash

Logistics

• This is a full-time permanent position in our Marketing team, where you’ll report to our Head of Marketing based in Berlin

• You’ll be headquartered in our sleek office in Kallio, Helsinki.
