Independent Recruiter — Full Desk Recruiting | Commission Only | 100% Remote

We are a small growing boutique firm placing attorneys and executives across legal, tech, finance, manufacturing, accounting and beyond. We’re bringing on an experienced full desk recruiter ready to build their own book while leveraging our existing client base and infrastructure. Open to candidates looking for a remote full or part-time gig (you customize hours based off of pay structure) 

The opportunity:

• 40% commission on all placements
• 50% commission on clients you source and close yourself
• Fully remote — work on your own schedule
• Access to existing client relationships from day one
• No micromanagement — you run your desk, we support you
• US market clients preferred 

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years full desk recruiting experience
• Proven track record placing candidates and winning clients
• Self-starter who doesn’t need hand holding
• Strong communicator with real relationship-building skills
• Any recruiting industry background considered
• Professional fluency in English required — written and verbal
