  • Act as an initial responder and incident leader during medical emergencies, evacuations, workplace violence events, active threats, and other critical incidents while supporting life safety and business continuity objectives.

What you'll bring to the role:

  • At least 10 years of law enforcement experience, including at least 5 years in a supervisory, leadership, or command role.
  • Legal authority to carry a firearm in New York City and maintain all required licenses, qualifications, and certifications.
  • Experience supervising security personnel within corporate, government, military, law enforcement, or critical infrastructure environments.
  • Proven experience managing security incidents, emergency response operations, and crisis situations in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong knowledge of access control systems, visitor management platforms, CCTV systems, alarm monitoring systems, and security reporting tools.
  • Understanding of federal, state, and local laws applicable to security operations and investigations.

  • Experience coordinating teams, resources, and competing priorities in operational environments.
  • Familiarity with executive protection, workplace violence prevention, active threat response, physical security operations, and emergency management practices.
  • Prior experience protecting senior executives, dignitaries, government officials, or other high-profile individuals preferred.
