Description
How you will create an impact:
1、Consumer Right Protection (CRP)
Responsible for local CRP work, including maintenance of the CRP working mechanism, coordination and organizing kinds of assessment, audit, to ensure positive outcome.
2、customer service
Walk-in customer entertainment
Analysis on complaint data
3、document handling
policy document printing and dispatch
invoice issuance
claim material scanning
delivery of daily operation
4、other ac hoc tasks assigned by manager
What you’ll need to succeed：
• Colleague or above, if major in Law, fresh grad is acceptable as well
• Positive mindset, self-motivated, adapt to change and high pressure
• Familiar with MS Office
• Good communication skill
• Work experience in insurance industry or customer service is preferred
