YOUR MISSION

• Retouch on-model and product imagery according to PUMA guidelines
• Ensure consistency in color, lighting, cropping, and image quality
• Perform image corrections and enhancements while maintaining a natural and authentic look
• Utilize AI-supported retouching tools where appropriate to improve quality and efficiency
• Identify opportunities to optimize workflows through AI and emerging technologies
• Follow established post-production workflows and standards
• Deliver assets within agreed timelines
• Collaborate closely with Art Direction, Photography, and QA teams
• Maintain awareness of industry trends and innovations in retouching and AI-powered image production

YOUR TALENT

• Experience in image retouching for fashion or eCommerce
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and related creative tools
• Understanding of AI-powered retouching and image enhancement technologies
• Strong eye for detail, color, and consistency
• Ability to work efficiently under deadlines
• Openness to new technologies and process improvements
