In this position, you are responsible for managing daily tire and repair store operations, driving sales and profitability, and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include sales support, team training and development, inventory control, expense management, accurate recordkeeping, store maintenance, employee relations, and safety compliance. Assume full management responsibilities in the Store Leader’s absence.

Requirements

• Must have 2+ years of successful auto center operations experience, and natural customer service skills.
• Preferred 2 years’ experience in supervising an operational crew.
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have strong computer skills regarding: Microsoft Office, internet, and software navigation. 
• Experience with MaddenCo software preferred but not required.
• Must have a current valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record.
• Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull, or otherwise move objects weighing 10 pounds on a regular basis and up to 25 pounds occasionally. 
• Must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards, which requires substantial repetitive movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. 
• Must be able to regularly stand and walk for extended periods of time. 

The ability to work a full shift, come to work on time, and work according to the necessary schedule to meet job requirements with or without reasonable accommodation is an essential function of this position.
