Your Role in Home Health
As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) with VRNS, you’ll provide skilled physical therapy interventions in patients’ homes under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. You’ll help patients improve mobility, strength, safety, and independence through individualized, one-on-one care.
Your Responsibilities May Include
- Providing skilled physical therapy interventions as directed by a Physical Therapist
- Assisting with transfers and safe mobility techniques
- Educating patients and caregivers on exercises and safety strategies
- Monitoring progress and reporting changes to the supervising Physical Therapist
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals
- Completing accurate and timely electronic documentation

- Minimum of one (1) year of clinical experience
- Afternoon availability
