A Day in the Life of an Inside Sales Recruiter 

You’ll have significant ownership over your recruiting strategy, your daily priorities, and the way you build a strong candidate pipeline. On any given day, you may: 

• Source and engage top talent through referrals, networking, social media, community partnerships, colleges, and other recruiting channels 

• Build and maintain relationships with prospective candidates, creating a pipeline of future sales professionals 

• Review resumes, assess qualifications, and conduct phone screens and interviews 

• Administer and evaluate candidate assessments as part of the selection process 

• Partner with Inside Sales leaders to understand hiring needs, workforce forecasts, and recruiting priorities 

• Guide candidates through the hiring process, from first conversation to offer acceptance 

• Manage recruiting activity, candidate communications, and hiring metrics to keep the process smooth and effective 

• Collaborate with teammates and leaders on recruiting initiatives, process improvements, and talent acquisition projects 

• Pursue personal development and leadership goals

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For 

Qualifications 

• Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, sales, customer service, or business development 

• Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, networking, social media, or other channels 

• Experience conducting interviews and evaluating talent 

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting metrics 

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
