About the Role
We’re looking for an Advertising Operations Associate to support the delivery of Insight-Led Media Planning, Targeting and Measurement services across the Americas. Working within our Medellín Centre of Excellence, you’ll execute essential media processes, maintain high standards of data quality and help ensure campaigns and measurement outputs are delivered accurately and on time.
This is an opportunity to build practical expertise across retail media, campaign execution, targeting and measurement. You’ll use established methodologies, tools and best practices while working with colleagues across Media Planning, Analytics, Sales and Retail Media to help clients maximise the value of their media investments.
What You'll Be Doing
You’ll support the accurate, efficient delivery of media activity across on-site and off-site channels, contributing to a scalable and consistently high-quality service.
- Execute campaign setup, targeting requests, audience creation and operational workflows in line with agreed processes and service levels.
- Perform quality assurance checks across targeting, reporting and campaign deliverables, identifying discrepancies or operational risks and helping to resolve them.
- Support the preparation and validation of media measurement reports, maintaining accurate campaign records and project documentation.
- Collaborate with Media Planning, Analytics, Sales, Retail Media and external vendors to coordinate work and deliver campaigns accurately and on time.
- Contribute to user acceptance testing, process improvements and automation opportunities for new tools, methodologies and measurement solutions.
What We're Looking For
You’ll bring a careful, organised approach and an interest in how data and media come together to create better outcomes for retailers, brands and their customers.
- Fluent English and clear communication skills, with the confidence to work collaboratively across different teams and markets.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
- Basic analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to recognise issues, investigate discrepancies and follow defined resolution processes.
- The ability to organise and manage multiple tasks within established workflows, priorities and deadlines.
- An interest in media, retail, shopper marketing and data-driven decision-making. Exposure to digital marketing, analytics, customer support, media operations or process improvement would be beneficial.
