Tiburon Hills Care Center is seeking an experienced Maintenance Director to lead all facility maintenance operations and ensure a safe, compliant, and comfortable environment for our residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all maintenance operations, repairs, and preventive maintenance programs
• Supervise and support maintenance staff
• Ensure compliance with safety, fire, infection control, and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate projects and repairs with outside vendors
• Conduct routine facility inspections and address maintenance concerns
• Assist with budgeting, inventory, and department planning
• Participate in state surveys and develop corrective action plans as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory maintenance experience
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical systems, boilers, and generators
• Ability to read blueprints and understand building codes
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Healthcare or skilled nursing experience preferred
