With an outstanding reputation for craftsmanship and delivering projects worth hundreds of thousands of pounds, they work alongside architects, property professionals and prestigious clients.

Due to continued growth, they are looking for an articulate, commercially minded and personable Business Development Manager to join their team.

The Opportunity

Forget endless cold calling and chasing uninterested clients.

This business has invested in established lead-generation systems that consistently identify genuine project opportunities.

Your role will be to develop these opportunities, build relationships and convert enquiries into successful projects.

You'll be visiting impressive properties, meeting architects and clients, and discussing everything from specialist brickwork and structural improvements to bespoke joinery, carpentry and complete property transformations.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing and converting incoming project enquiries generated through established systems.
• Building relationships with architects, property owners, developers and construction professionals.
• Attending site visits to understand requirements and identify opportunities.
• Working with internal teams to develop estimates, proposals and tailored solutions.
• Managing opportunities from initial enquiry through to successful project conversion.

Who Are We Looking For?

We're not necessarily looking for a traditional salesperson. We're looking for someone who understands property, appreciates quality craftsmanship and knows how to build trust.

You could come from:

• Construction or property-related business development.
• Construction estimating or commercial management.
• Premium estate agency or property consultancy.
• Account management within construction or building services.

You'll be articulate, professional, commercially astute and confident communicating with architects, property owners and senior decision-makers.

An understanding of construction, renovation or premium property would be highly advantageous.
