JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Schedule: 11p-7:30am

Receiving & Shipping

• Unload trucks and pallets and receive inbound deliveries
• Stage inbound orders for the Cincinnati Children’s Offsite Warehouse and clinical storerooms
• Coordinate outbound freight shipments and courier deliveries
• Ensure deliveries and shipments are processed accurately and efficiently

Materials Handling & Inventory

• Put away inbound stock and replenish inventory locations in the Offsite Warehouse
• Rotate stock and check product expiration dates
• Perform inventory cycle counts
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized storage areas
• Assist with product movement and other materials-handling activities

Order Fulfillment & Distribution

• Pick and prepare supply orders for hospital clinical storerooms
• Prepare orders for outbound shipment
• Support urgent and special supply requests
• Ensure orders are completed accurately and on time

Customer Service & Teamwork

• Collaborate with team members to ensure supplies are available where and when they are needed
• Support internal department customers to help orders move through the process efficiently
• Communicate inventory, order, and supply concerns as needed
• Contribute to excellent patient care through accurate and timely supply distribution
• Serve as a subject matter expert and train team members as assigned
