THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Talent Sourcer to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. You will focus on go-to-market hiring across sales, presales, and customer experience, and you will be the engine behind our pipelines for these roles.
This role offers a chance to influence hiring strategy in a fast-growing, highly competitive market.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Partner with Sales/GTM recruiters and hiring managers to turn hiring plans into clear sourcing strategies tied to business priorities.
- Run intake sessions to define the target profile, key companies, and search criteria for each role.
- Design and execute sourcing strategies for specialised, competitive talent, using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, talent mapping, and referrals.
- Proactively source, engage, and qualify passive candidates, and hand over well-qualified, diverse, and healthy pipelines.
- Craft personalised outreach that gets responses from senior sales, presales, and customer experience professionals.
- Advise recruiters and hiring managers on market trends, talent supply, competitor landscape, and compensation signals.
- Provide a strong candidate experience from first contact through handover to the recruiting team.
- Track and report sourcing metrics such as response rates, pipeline health, and source quality, and use them to improve outcomes.
- Maintain accurate candidate and pipeline data in our applicant tracking system.
- Represent Everpure as an ambassador in every conversation with the market.
- We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Singapore office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 6+ years of proven experience sourcing for sales, presales, or other go-to-market roles in a competitive market.
- This role has an opportunity to cater to requirements within APJ (Singapore, Japan, Taiwan, Australia, Korea etc). Fluency in spoken and written Mandarin and English highly preferred. You will source and engage candidates and stakeholders in both languages every day.
- A strong record of identifying, engaging, and converting passive candidates.
- Advanced direct sourcing skills, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and talent mapping.
- Strong judgment on candidate fit beyond the resume, and the ability to screen for relevant experience.
- Ability to build relationships by phone, video, message, and in person.
- Comfort partnering with recruiters and hiring managers, and influencing their decisions with market data.
- Strong organisation, a metrics mindset, and attention to detail in tracking pipelines.
- Experience with an applicant tracking system such as Greenhouse is a plus.
