About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to support its finance function as the company continues to grow and scale.

In this role, you will work closely with the CFO and Controller, contributing to financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities. You will help strengthen financial processes, support business performance monitoring, and provide insights that enable informed decision-making across the organization.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organization with a lean finance team, take an active role in its financial operations, and contribute to the development of its FP&A capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

• Assist with financial analysis, reporting, and performance monitoring.

• Work closely with the CFO and Controller to support financial decision-making.

• Analyze financial data and help identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

• Contribute to the development and improvement of financial processes, tools, and reporting procedures.

• Support the finance function as the organization expands and scales its operations.

Candidate Profile

• Relevant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), financial analysis, or corporate finance.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with financial data.

• Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with senior finance stakeholders, including the CFO and Controller.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Comfortable working in a growing organization with a lean finance team and evolving processes.
