Allied Universal is Currently Hiring a Full Time Security Officer for a Pharma Company in Lexington MA

Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 11 PM - 7 AM 

Starting Pay is $22.00 Per Hour / Paid Orientation / Paid Training 

Candidate is Required to Have a Valid Drivers License

As a Security Officer Patrol Driver in Lexington, MA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Security Officer supporting a healthcare location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support access control and badge operations, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a healthcare and pharmaceutical research location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, laboratories, offices, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and report unauthorized access attempts or unusual conditions to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports regarding incidents, patrol observations, access-related activity, and maintenance or security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
