Description
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 4+ years of Systems Engineering or related work experience. OR Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 3+ years of Systems Engineering or related work experience. OR PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Systems Engineering or related work experience. At least 2 years of relevant wireless experience. Understanding of RAN, preferably with the following: Performance monitoring, Optimization techniques, Network structure, Interfaces, Provisioning, etc. Hands-on experience in the following systems/tools: OSS (multivendor), Mapping-info tools, Windows, Linux, Excel, SQL language (both relational and non-relational). Experience with Optimization and Multiband tuning with multi technologies on multi vendors' equipment (Huawei, Ericsson, Nokia, and Samsung). Some experience in managing small-med scale projects. Strong customer orientation Excellent service-driven, customer-focused skills o Experience in building strong relationships with customers' technical teams. Technical presentation and technical demonstration skills; preferably knowledge of a computing language (such as Python, Java); Experience working for a software/network vendor; Experience in Network/RF Planning and/or Automation/SON domains; Experience in Enterprise WiFi management
