SpecialtyRx is expanding into Cook County, Illinois and is seeking motivated Pharmacy Data Entry Technicians to join our growing team at our new closed-door long-term care pharmacy location.

SpecialtyRx is a Long-Term Care pharmacy providing pharmaceutical services to long-term care facilities and assisted living communities. We take pride in delivering personalized care and high-quality pharmacy services to the communities we serve.

Responsibilities:
- Enter new prescription orders for pharmacist review.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information.
- Generate prescription labels for dispensing.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to order inquiries.
- Clarify prescription orders as needed.
- Triage and process incoming faxes.
- Support pharmacy workflow while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Active Illinois Pharmacy Technician license required.
- Previous pharmacy experience preferred.
- Knowledge of brand name and generic medications.
- Ability to work independently, accurately, and efficiently.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Reliable and dependable work ethic.
- Knowledge of SIG codes preferred.
- Fast and accurate typing skills.
- Computer literacy required.
- Experience with FrameworkLTC systems is a plus.
