Job Description
Responsibilities
Conduct research on local real estate markets, including property values, trends, and competitor analysis
Assist in analysing financial statements, investment performance metrics, and cash flow projections for potential acquisitions and valuation exercises
Assist in preparing presentations and reports for internal stakeholders, summarising research findings and investment recommendations
Provide administrative assistance to the investment team, including scheduling meetings, organising files, and preparing documentation
Assist in any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Degree in Business Management, Real Estate, Finance, or any other related disciplines
Ability to analyse data and financial reports to inform investment decisions
Strong written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports, presentations, and succinct emails
Meticulousness in reviewing documents and data to ensure accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office i.e. Excel for real estate financial modeling; PowerPoint in crafting compelling and succinct narratives for investments
