Designer

Are you an experienced UI/UX Designer who loves creating intuitive user-centered designs? Village 88 is looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing wireframes, conducting user research and coaching our development teams on UX best practices. As a UI/UX Designer, you will: • Work closely with product and development teams to understand user needs and requirements, and develop impactful user interface and experience designs • Create wireframes, interactive prototypes and other UI/UX design elements • Conduct user research, field studies and competitive analysis to inform design decisions • Participate in design reviews and offer constructive feedback • Promote user-centered design philosophy within the organization The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong portfolio that demonstrates concept development capabilities and the ability to create engaging user experiences. You should have a solid understanding of HTML, CSS and design software like Photoshop, Sketch, and InVision. If you are passionate about creating intuitive user-centered designs, we’d love to hear from you.
