This role involves working on water well drilling projects, installing pumping equipment, maintaining water systems, and operating specialized machinery in outdoor field environments. You will be part of a dedicated crew responsible for ensuring safe and efficient completion of water supply projects for a wide range of clients. ResponsibilitiesAssist in drilling, constructing, and developing water wellsInstall, maintain, and repair submersible pumps, vertical turbine pumps, and associated equipmentOperate and maintain drilling rigs, hoists, and heavy machineryMeasure, cut, thread, and install well casing, pipe, and fittingsDrive company vehicles, operate forklifts, and run project-specific tools/equipmentPerform routine maintenance and cleaning of tools, trucks, and work sitesDocument work performed, project notes, and equipment usageFollow all company safety procedures, OSHA regulations, and site-specific protocolsWork collaboratively with crew members to complete projects efficiently and safelyTravel to various job sites as requiredQualificationsHigh school diploma or GEDValid driver’s license with a clean driving recordAbility to lift 50–100 lbs and perform physically demanding outdoor workWillingness to travel and work in varying weather conditionsMechanically inclined and eager to learnStrong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to pass a background check and drug screeningPreferredExperience in well drilling, pump installation, plumbing, mechanical, construction, or related tradesCDL (Class A or B)Experience operating heavy machinery or commercial vehiclesKnowledge of water well systems, pumps, or drilling practicesWork EnvironmentOutdoor field environmentExposure to noise, machinery, heights, and weather conditionsRequires use of safety gear and adherence to strict safety standards
