The Director of Academics at Aggieland Tutoring is a crucial role, primarily responsible for overseeing the educational programs and academic standards. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and evaluate both short-term and long-term strategic academic plans to meet the organization's objectives. Assess and monitor students' educational progress and supply teachers and parents with feedback. Lead and oversee the development, implementation, and consequential analysis of student testing to measure academic progress. Actively seek and incorporate innovative educational approaches to ensure the continuous improvement of the curriculum. Qualifications An advanced degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field. A Doctorate (Ph.D./Ed.D.) is preferred. A minimum of five years of teaching experience and three years in academic leadership roles, preferably as an Academic Director at the university level. Proven track record of leadership in strategic planning and academic program development. Demonstrated ability to supervise academic programs, curriculum development, instruction, and student assessment. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
