Summit Exteriors is looking for talented sales reps to join the fastest growing sales team in Western NY! An outside sales representative, also known as a field sales representative, meets with customers in person to identify their needs and close sales deals. Their responsibilities include:Building relationships: Identifying prospects, following up on leads, and building customer relationshipsIdentifying needs: Communicating with customers and leads to understand their product or service needsSuggesting products: Identifying and suggesting products and services to meet customer needsDemonstrating products: Demonstrating the functions and utility of products or services to customersEnsuring customer satisfaction: Ensuring customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship managementResolving issues: Resolving any issues that may arise post-saleCreating a competitive analysis: Identifying industry and product trends, and positioning the brand as the clear and obvious choiceDeveloping sales strategies: Developing sales strategies and managing sales proposals to customers
