ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Assist servers with setting up and clearing tables before, during, and after service.
- Ensure tables are properly set with clean linens, silverware, glassware, and tableware.
- Provide prompt support by refilling water glasses, delivering bread and condiments, and assisting with food and beverage service.
- Monitor dining areas to ensure tables are cleared and reset quickly for the next guests.
- Assist in running food and drink orders from the kitchen, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure coordinated service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing as needed.
- Coordinate with servers to prioritize and deliver food orders promptly.
- Ensure food items are presented and explained according to RosaNegra’s high standards.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a support or restaurant role.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members.
