What You’ll Do as a Chemical Operator:
- Operate and monitor chemical processing equipment such as reactors, mixers, and filtration systems.
- Measure, blend, and transfer raw materials with precision to ensure product quality.
- Maintain accurate batch records and perform in-process quality checks.
- Package products in drums, totes, and other containers according to specifications.
- Troubleshoot and maintain equipment to support continuous operations.
- Follow all safety protocols, wear required protective equipment, and contribute to our strong safety culture.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a chemical or manufacturing setting (preferred but not required).
- Basic understanding of chemistry (pH, viscosity, exotherm, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting 50 lbs and handling large containers.
- Forklift experience is a plus.
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
