HVAC Salary Chiller Technician

Pay: $100,000 – $125,000 DOE (Salary)
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shift
Work Location: On the road (Phoenix Metro Area)

Overview
Bleuwave HVAC is seeking an experienced Chiller Technician to service, maintain, and repair large-tonnage commercial HVAC systems. This is an opportunity to join one of Arizona’s fastest-growing mechanical teams that prioritizes craftsmanship, safety, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair centrifugal, screw, and scroll chillers (Trane, Carrier, York, Daikin, etc.).
   
• Perform preventative maintenance, control calibration, and efficiency optimization.
   
• Communicate recommendations clearly to clients and project managers.
   
• Collaborate with field and project teams to ensure compliance and quality.
   
• Mentor junior technicians in best practices and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years commercial HVAC experience (chillers required).
   
• EPA Universal Certification required.
   
• Journeyman HVAC license or equivalent preferred.
   
• OSHA 10/30 and manufacturer-specific training (Trane, York, Carrier) a plus.
   
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
