Industry/ Organization Type: Marine Equipment Wholesaler
Position Title: Admin Coordinator (Marine Industry)
Working Location: Tuas West
Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (One Sat per month, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM))
Salary Package: Basic Salary + Bonus
Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with principals, agents, forwarders, and operations staff
Prepare and manage documentation, reports, invoices, OES/SCR, and weekly reports
Maintain accurate records and ensure timely submission of documents
Support coordination of operational activities and follow up on tasks
Perform any other duties as assigned

Diploma or equivalent qualification
At least 2 years of relevant experience in the marine industry
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Familiar with PSA processes, port procedures, and shipyard permits
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to commence work within a short notice period
