As we continue to expand our business, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team and help us deliver exceptional results.Job Overview:As the Project Manager at Walls Across Texas, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and completion of various wall construction projects throughout the state. You will lead a team of professionals and work closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality.Key Responsibilities:- Plan, schedule, and coordinate all project activities from start to finish, ensuring that all project deadlines are met- Oversee resources and budget allocation for each project, ensuring efficient utilization and profitability- Develop and maintain project documentation, including budgets, timelines, progress reports, and risk assessments- Collaborate with clients to fully understand and meet their project requirements and expectations- Manage and motivate a team of construction professionals, including architects, engineers, and subcontractors, to achieve project goals- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that work is completed according to plans and specifications- Anticipate and address any potential issues or challenges that could impact project timelines or budgets- Keep abreast of industry best practices and implement them to continually improve project delivery processes and procedures- Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies on all construction sites- Provide timely project updates and reports to senior managementRequirements:- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a background in construction preferred- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects simultaneously- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and manage teams- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills- In-depth knowledge of construction industry practices, processes, and techniques- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts- Proficient in project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6- Flexibility to travel to various project sites across Texas- Valid driver's license and clean driving recordWhy Work for Us?At Walls Across Texas, we value our employees and strive to create a positive and supportive work environment.
