Description

The Automotive Director of Operations at Master Car Care is a critical leadership role, responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's operations and ensuring that the business is running as well as it possibly can, with a smooth, efficient service that meets the expectations and needs of our customers and clients. Key Responsibilities: Directing all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration and sales. Assess and implement improved processes and new technologies, and collaborate with management regarding the implementation of these improvements. Oversee and evaluate day-to-day operations. Develop and implement growth strategies. Train and develop a high performing managerial team. Oversee all hiring, training, and dismissal processes and ensure they are completed in accordance with company standards. Develop operational plans to meet the company's financial objectives and oversee the necessary steps to carry it out successfully. Collaborate and coordinate with other business functions to ensure the smooth and profitable operation of the business. Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field. A Master's degree will be highly regarded. At least 8 years' experience in operations management roles within the automotive industry. A deep understanding of financial management and proven experience in strategic planning and business development. Strong leadership and excellent decision-making capabilities. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and provide quick yet efficient solutions in the face of adversity. An ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with various stakeholders including customers, team members and senior management.
