Job Title: Founder PrincipalLocation: Nellore & MadanapalleOrganization: Edify SchoolAbout the Role:We are looking for a dynamic and visionary Founder Principal to lead the establishment and growth of our new Edify School campus. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in academic leadership, with a proven ability to build, nurture, and guide teams while upholding the highest standards of education and school culture.Key Responsibilities:Establish the school’s academic vision, ethos, and operational framework from inception.Lead, mentor, and develop the teaching and administrative teams.Ensure compliance with educational regulations, policies, and accreditation standards.Drive excellence in academics, co-curricular programs, and student development.Foster a safe, inclusive, and progressive learning environment.Build strong partnerships with parents, staff, and the community.Oversee admissions, budgeting, and resource planning.Represent the school as its academic and cultural ambassador.Qualifications & Experience:Total Experience: Minimum 15 years in the education sector.Leadership Experience: Minimum 5 years as a Principal or in a senior leadership role.Education: Master’s degree in Education / Administration / or equivalent qualification.Proven experience in school setup, CBSE/ICSE/IB curriculum management preferred.Excellent communication, strategic planning, and team-building skills.
