What we’re looking for 👇
🔸

3 years as Technical Clerk or QC Document Controller within Oil and Gas Industry 

 
🔸Bachelor’s degree

🔸English Language skills required

 

Responsibilities 👇

• Support to Local Management Team on demand
• Provide facility maintenance management and execution
• Provide Timesheet follow up and management for Asset employees
• Support on creation of Material Request's in Excel format
• Update and follow up Asset findings action tracker, reporting to functional team and ICT any management or technical issue
• Upload the documents system and update it in coordination with Local Management Team and Home Office
• Support and update marine rigging and wire ropes certificates register
• Issue of stationaries / printer spares and spare control
