Appointment Setting
- Secure meetings for BDMs with:
- Qualified and relevant prospects
- Clear commercial context
- Utilise structured booking tools:
- Calendar scheduling
- Automated confirmations and reminders
Pipeline Contribution
- Deliver Sales Accepted Leads (SALs) by:
- Booking and confirming meetings
- Ensuring meetings are attended
- Provide structured handover to BDM including:
- Contact background
- Business overview
- Identified needs / challenges
CRM & Data Management
- Maintain accurate records of:
- Contact attempts
- Outcomes
- Qualification status
- Work from segmented lead lists:
- Trade lane
- Industry
- Customer status (inactive, prospect, etc.)
Follow-Up & Nurture
- Ensure every interaction results in:
- A booked meeting, or
- A clearly defined follow-up action
- Maintain ongoing engagement with prospects not yet ready to convert
- Support development of long-term pipeline
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in lead generation, sales prospecting, or a similar role
- Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet targets in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills
