Then we have an opportunity for you! We are seeking a Production Associate located at our plant in Appleton, WI.
No experience is necessary!
Starting at $21.84/hour with an opportunity to earn up to $24.00 within 3-6 months
*12-hour shifts with no mandatory overtime
*2/2/3 schedule with double time pay on Sundays
Responsibilities
Your Role:
As a Production Associate, you can expect a safe and secure working environment. This role’s responsibilities entail packaging, palatizing and quality inspections while working within a team environment.
You will have the opportunity to Make Great Things Happen!
- Work in a department and train on multiple machines.
- Package product into designated cartons.
- Inspect product for quality assurance.
- Palatize finished product.
- Maintain a clean workspace.
- Complete all other tasks as assigned.

Requirements
We need you to have:
- Ability to work independently.
- Like working in a fast-paced environment.
- Team orientation.
- Positive attitude.
- Enjoy repetitive work.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit and stand for up to 12 hours per shift.
- Ability to lift up to 35lbs.
- Ability to work with one or both hands.
- Ability to do clerical work up to full production requirements.
Icing on the cake:
- High School diploma or GED.
- Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience.
