Overview

Responsibilities
- Answering an Incoming chats and Respond to Email
- Handle Customer Inquiries by Chat & Call
- Provide Customers about Product and Service Information
- Conduct customer surveys to ascertain level of customer service
Qualifications
- Minimum D3 / S1 any major
- Minimum GPA 2.75
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving skills and demonstrated multi-task capabilities
